What is the return policy?
At The Vintage Pony, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we are happy to offer exchanges or in-store credit within 14 days of purchase. We understand that when it comes to creating something unique, it's important to get it just right. Due to the nature of custom made items, we have a specific return policy in place. We do not accept exchanges or returns for custom made items, unless they are damaged upon arrival. We offer exchanges or in-store credit on clothing.
When will I get my order?
Our standard order processing time is 2 business days on clothing items. Order processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Are any items final sale?
All sale and clearance items are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned. All jewelry items are final sale.
