Due to the nature of custom made items, we have a specific return policy in place. We do not accept exchanges or returns for custom made items, unless they are damaged upon arrival.
We believe in providing our customers with the highest quality products, and we take great care in packaging and shipping your custom made items. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
When contacting our customer service team, please provide detailed information about the damage, including clear photos and your order number. Once we have reviewed your case and confirmed the damage, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement of the damaged item or a refund, depending on the availability of the materials used in the customization process.

Order Processing Time
Our standard order processing time is 7 business days. This means that from the moment you place your order, it will take us up to 7 business days to prepare it for shipment. Order processing time does not include shipping time.
