Return Policy
At The Vintage Pony, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we are happy to offer exchanges or in-store credit within 14 days of purchase. We understand that when it comes to creating something unique, it's important to get it just right. Due to the nature of custom made items, we have a specific return policy in place. We do not accept exchanges or returns for custom made items, unless they are damaged upon arrival. We offer exchanges or in-store credit on clothing.
-No refunds will be issued.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
-All sale and clearance items are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned.

We believe in providing our customers with the highest quality products, and we take great care in packaging and shipping your custom made items. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
When contacting our customer service team, please provide detailed information about the damage, including clear photos and your order number. Once we have reviewed your case and confirmed the damage, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement of the damaged item or a refund, depending on the availability of the materials used in the customization process.

Order Processing Time
Our standard order processing time is 2 business days on clothing items. Order processing time does not include shipping time.
